What Flowwyn provides
- Flowwyn is a hosted workflow platform where users buy platform-run rights and usage credits for ready-made workflow execution.
- Users do not buy Flowwyn source code, templates, scripts, Workflow JSON, or offline deployment rights.
- V1 focuses on CSV, TXT, table, text, and report workflows.
- Users are responsible for the content they upload and for lawful use of Flowwyn outputs.
User responsibilities
- Do not use Flowwyn for illegal activity, abusive automation, spam, scraping, credential theft, malware, evasion, regulated misuse, or rights-infringing use.
- Review all workflow outputs before relying on them.
- Do not submit data you do not have the right to process.
- Flowwyn may suspend abusive or unsafe use.
Payments and credits
- Flowwyn points are platform usage credits governed by the refund and point return policy.
- Where applicable, payment processing may be handled by Creem or another payment provider.
- A payment success page does not grant usage credits by itself.
- Verified server-side payment events are required before paid benefits are recorded.
No outcome guarantee
- Flowwyn does not guarantee a business outcome.
- Workflow outputs may contain errors or need user review.
- Flowwyn may change V1 workflow scope, pricing, or limits with appropriate product updates.
Draft status
These terms are a practical product draft for the V1 closing loop and should be reviewed before production launch.
They intentionally avoid jurisdiction-specific claims.
